This co-op is a local grocer in Park Slope, Brooklyn. In 2012, the store had $48 million in sales with growth each year. The upper management team consists of nine team members with an additional 60 employees. At that time, there were 16,000 members. Of the 16,000, 14,500 members of the grocer support the operation by working 13 times a year, once every four weeks for two to three hours.
