Compass NS is a housing cooperative based in Nova Scotia. They manage 111 housing units in eight Nova Scotian neighbourhoods. Compass NS has organized itself to expand through new buildings and merging with existing cooperatives. The goal is to build a sustainable and growing housing cooperative through economies of scale.
